Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 5 working days. Should the item not be in stock, we will email you within 48 hours.

You can expect your delivery to arrive within 2 to 4 business days! Our Courier delivery hours are between Mon – Sat 9am to 9pm for Residential and Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm for Commercial. (No deliveries on Sunday & Public Holidays)

During sale periods, please expect a slight delay in our delivery times due to the high volume of orders.

All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island). Island areas e.g. Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island. All Hotels e.g. Marina Bay Sands etc..

International orders may be subjected to local tax and charges. Any custom or import duties must be paid by the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country, hence, please contact your local custom office for more information before your purchase. We will not be liable for any additional or custom charges on your order and we shall not refund any package that is abandoned as a result of non-payment for any such charges. 

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. We do not take responsibility for parcels that are stolen, lost or delayed via the courier or mail service.
