Crystals are very personal to each individual and may be spiritual to some. Hence, we do not allow exchanges or refunds for products purchased. 

Due to its natural characteristics, each and every crystal is unique in appearance and may have natural inclusions and surface marks even after being polished. Minor variations in measurement (within 5mm) are not considered as wrong or faulty product. The images of the products on our website are actual piece or from our stocks of crystal you be purchasing. We will make every effort to display as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to lighting conditions, or variances in computer and mobile phone screen calibration. We do, however, strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
